Brand & Strategy
My Polle is a women's lingerie brand with a clear aesthetic: refined, sensual, and unapologetically feminine. Before touching a single screen, we spent time understanding their customer — women who value quality craftsmanship, elegant packaging, and a shopping experience that feels as luxurious as the product itself.
The strategic brief was straightforward: build an online store that converts, but never at the cost of beauty. Every decision — from typography to checkout flow — was filtered through that lens.

Design
Visual Identity & Interface
We built the interface around My Polle's core tension: intimacy and elegance. The colour palette — warm neutrals, deep blacks, and soft pinks — frames the product photography without competing with it. Every page gives the imagery room to breathe.
The navigation and product filtering were designed for effortless discovery. The MIX & CHIC constructor feature — letting customers build their own sets — required a particularly considered UX: clear, tactile, and playful without breaking the brand's sophisticated tone.

Development
Shopping Experience
The store was built for performance and conversion. Product pages load fast, images are optimised without quality loss, and the checkout is friction-free across all devices — from desktop browsing to a quick mobile purchase.
The НОВИНКИ (new arrivals) section and category filtering were engineered to keep return customers engaged and exploring. Every interaction — hover states, cart animations, size selection — was considered as part of a cohesive experience.
