Aspiro
An AI-Powered System for Smarter Career Decisions and Growth
Aspiro helps people understand their strengths, identify the right career direction, and turn assessment insights into a practical development plan.
For this project, we built more than a marketing website. We created one connected digital system that brings together positioning, audience acquisition, AI-powered assessment, personal accounts, weekly assignments, learning programs, and career coaching.

The core challenge was to make a sophisticated AI product easy to understand and immediately show users what Aspiro can help them solve.
People do not come to the site looking for “career diagnostics” as a category. They arrive with a real question: Is this job right for me? Why am I not progressing? Should I change careers? What are my strongest abilities, and where should I go next?
We structured the site around those real-life decisions, not around the technology. First, users recognize their situation. Then they see Aspiro’s approach, understand how the system works, and move naturally toward the first action: asking a question or starting the assessment.
We positioned Aspiro as Career Direction Intelligence. It is not a standard personality test with a generic result, and it is not a general-purpose AI chat. The system analyzes how a person thinks, behaves, stays motivated, and makes decisions, then uses those insights to identify relevant career paths and build a personalized development route.
The initial experience is free. Users can explore the platform, complete the assessment, and receive their first personalized result without committing to a purchase. This lowers the barrier to entry and lets Aspiro prove its value before introducing premium options.
The assessment is only the beginning. Based on each person’s profile, Aspiro creates a forward path with weekly assignments, exercises, and practical steps. Users can test the recommendations in real life, build the right skills, and make steady progress toward a career goal.
Part of the product remains free, giving users an ongoing reason to return. From there, they can purchase deeper programs, specialized training, additional assignments, educational content, and one-on-one guidance from career coaches and subject-matter experts.
This makes Aspiro the connection point between users and professionals. People get a clear development path. Coaches gain access to an audience that has already completed the assessment, clarified its needs, and understands what it wants to work on.
We designed the marketing model around a complete product funnel:
User need
free assessment
personal profile
weekly assignments
recurring engagement
advanced learning
career coaching
Within that system, the site does several jobs at once: it attracts the right audience, explains a complex product, brings users into a free experience, builds retention through ongoing value, and creates clear paths to revenue.
This is more than a standalone landing page. It is the foundation for a career and learning ecosystem that can scale across individual users, coaches, educational organizations, and employers.
Art Direction

The visual concept is built around the intersection of two systems: human nature and artificial intelligence.
On the opening screen, a person and a machine face each other. Between them are data, career decisions, risks, internal constraints, and potential growth paths. The image communicates Aspiro’s central idea immediately: technology does not make the decision for you. It helps you understand yourself well enough to make a better one.
We intentionally moved away from the typical HR-tech look and the familiar visual language of technology startups. Instead of cold interface-style illustrations, we used expressive line art: the human body, the brain, DNA, neural connections, and other images tied to thinking, identity, and development.
Every illustration carries meaning. The visuals help explain how Aspiro studies the individual, builds a personal profile, and finds connections between personality, working environment, and career direction.
Large typography, generous spacing, and a clean modular grid give the site a confident rhythm. Users can scan the page quickly, understand the key message, and then go deeper into the product.
Purple became the unifying brand color. It connects the illustrations, buttons, highlights, and active interface states, keeping the experience visually consistent from start to finish.
The result is a system that feels advanced without becoming impersonal. For a product built around career choices, growth, and major life decisions, trust, depth, and a human point of view were essential.

Frontend Development

FRONTEND / BACKEND
Anthony
We built the frontend in Next.js as a scalable component system, not a collection of isolated static pages.
Navigation, content sections, cards, forms, buttons, and interactive states all follow one consistent logic. That makes it possible to add new pages and product scenarios without rebuilding the core experience every time.
We paid close attention to the user journey. From the first screen, a visitor can choose a career question that feels relevant, start the assessment, or begin interacting with the system. The site then moves step by step through the problem, methodology, product capabilities, and team expertise.
We connected the public-facing website with registration, authentication, assessments, and the user account. People can start using Aspiro, save a session, and return to their results later. We also implemented Google sign-in and the required authentication states.
The interface was adapted for different screen sizes. Complex custom artwork was optimized in WebP to preserve visual quality without adding unnecessary page weight.
Public pages are prerendered and cached. The metadata structure is set up for search visibility and for accurate link previews across social platforms.
The result is a visually rich website that remains fast, intuitive, and ready to evolve with the product.

AI Product Development

AI Product Developer
Mark
Aspiro is not a website with an AI feature added on top. It is a complete digital product connecting assessment, data processing, AI analysis, personalized recommendations, user accounts, and each person’s next steps.
The product is built around a 65-question assessment. It combines the RIASEC framework, IPIP-based question sets, and additional dimensions that evaluate interests, thinking patterns, work behavior, and preferred professional environments.
Each user’s answers are converted into a structured User Vector, a digital profile made up of typed characteristics. The AI works from a prepared model of the individual, not from a loose collection of text responses, allowing it to generate more consistent and personalized interpretations.
The system considers strengths, motivation, decision-making patterns, preferred ways of working, and potential career constraints. This moves the result beyond a general personality summary and toward practical recommendations for growth.
The analytical and coaching layers are separated. Information intended for personal guidance and future work with a coach is stored independently from the core Interpretation Layer. Each part of the AI system receives only the data required for its specific task.
We connected the entire user journey into one continuous flow:
Website
registration
assessment
User Vector
AI interpretation
personalized result
account history
assignments and continued development
The architecture is designed to grow without rebuilding the platform from scratch. Aspiro can add new assessment models, weekly assignments, training programs, education products, expanded account features, and dedicated scenarios for coaches and companies.
Over time, the personal profile can support more than a one-time consultation. Aspiro can track the user’s starting point, account for completed assignments, and adjust the development path as that person progresses.
Project Outcome
For Aspiro, we brought positioning, the marketing funnel, copy, visual design, frontend development, user accounts, career assessment, and AI logic together in one connected digital product.
Users move through the entire experience without friction: from the first career question and free assessment to a personalized profile, recurring assignments, learning, and support from a coach.
The free experience attracts users and demonstrates the product’s value. Recurring assignments bring them back. Paid programs, advanced training, and coaching create a clear model for monetization.
At the same time, Aspiro now has the technical foundation to scale: onboarding more specialists, launching new education products, developing B2B solutions, and serving a broader audience.
A Working Business System
At In Pulse, we connect marketing, branding, UX/UI, development, AI, automation, and internal business logic in one product.
This approach allows a website to do more than explain what a company offers. It can attract users, bring them into the product, collect meaningful data, automate key processes, generate personalized offers, and create new revenue streams.
If your business needs more than a good-looking website — if you need a digital system with AI, CRM, automation, user accounts, and a well-designed customer acquisition funnel — let’s talk.
