Aspiro is a career assessment and team analytics platform that helps organizations understand their teams better and individuals discover their career potential.
We designed an intuitive interface that makes complex analytics accessible and actionable for both HR professionals and employees.
The Challenge
Presenting complex career and team analytics data in a way that's easy to understand and actionable for users with varying technical backgrounds.
The Solution
We created a clean, modern interface with data visualizations that tell clear stories. The UX focuses on guiding users through assessment flows and presenting insights in digestible formats.
Discovery
Research & UX Strategy
We started by mapping the career assessment landscape and understanding what makes analytics truly actionable for both HR professionals and individual employees. The core insight: most platforms overwhelm users with data instead of guiding them toward decisions.
Aspiro's differentiator wasn't just the depth of its assessments — it was the clarity of its recommendations. That insight became the strategic foundation: design for the moment of realization, not the moment of input.

Design
Interface & Visual System
The interface needed to serve two very different users simultaneously: HR managers reading team-level analytics and employees navigating their own career paths. We built a unified visual system that adapts its complexity to the viewer's context.
Clean whites, purposeful purple accents, and geometric data visualizations give Aspiro a look that feels intelligent without being cold. Every screen leads the user toward a next step — not just a next data point.

Branding
Visual Identity
The Aspiro identity needed to balance two tensions: the scientific rigor of psychometric assessment and the warmth of personal growth. We built a brand system that communicates precision and possibility in equal measure.
The wordmark — with its distinctive characters — was designed to stand out in a space dominated by generic HR software aesthetics. The purple gradient signals both intelligence and ambition, qualities that resonate with Aspiro's core audience.
